It has been 10years!
10:56 PM Life has changed so much throughout this 10 years. Went through ups and downs. ROM: 26 Dec 2013 Banquet: 28 Dec 2014 Graduate with a degree (something i didn’t think of pursuing at all, but i glad i did). Lost my friends/relative through suicide. This has make me realise how important mental health is. Chelsea, i still misses you. Been TTC after marriage but sometimes, things just don’t go the way we wanted. 很累. 一次一次的期待, 一次次的失望. Freaking no idea why I have been diagnosed with PCOS. And there are times i ask myself, why is it happened to me when i love kids so much. Nevertheless, i will continue to try. Probably this is what God want me to go through, so that it will be my testimonial or to help/encourage people in future. MC in Sep 2018. It has been almost 2 years, but still no presence of rainbow baby. Went to check my fallopian tube through HSG. I will then use this blog to talk about my pregnancy preparations. In year 2019: Dr KT Tan suggest room check my fallopian tubes HSG: Went to KKH, the procedure took about 40mins. An hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is a special kind of x-ray used to evaluate female fertility. An outpatient procedure, the test takes no longer than a half hour. It involves placing an iodine-based dye through the cervixand taking x-rays. These x-rays help evaluate the shape of the uterus and whether the fallopian tubes are blocked There are 3 person, the doctor, the radiographer and a nurse. A set of equipments has been set-up. The Radiographer will take ultrasound of uterus first (transvaginal scan) After-which they will call in the doctor. Doctor start to insert transducer to open the pelvic. You will feel a gush of dye when the doctor inject the dye. Immediately, i feel the menstrual cramp. The cramp was bad, i requested for panadol as my painkiller after the procedure, lied on the bed for at least half an hour for it to subside. In year 2020, went to fertility clinic at KKH. I has been diagnosed with 2 Polyps which has grown twice in size from 0.4mm to 1cm since Sep 2019. Seek my 2nd opinion with Dr HH Tan which said need to remove as well. In the end, i have decided to go ahead with the removal of polyps with Dr HH Tan and to do it at Mount Alvernia on 2 July 2020. It is a day surgery. 1.30pm:Admit to Mount A, eat the medicine issued by Dr Tan 2.30pm: Porter will bring you over to Day Surgery Ward. Took height and weight. Changed into hospital gown and waiting for time to pass 3.30pm: Nurses and porter start to push my bed to operating theatre. OT nurses started to ask you a series of question. Anaesthetist came to intro at waiting area and share about the side effects of the anaesthetic. He mentioned that I will feel drifting away. Pushed into the theatre, the nurse was very assuring. Anaesthetist inserted the cannula in. Tadah, Dr Hh Tan is here, after 2 mins or so. I knocked out completely and when I’m awake. I’m back to observation ward/waiting area. The cramp was quite bad. I requested for painkiller but was not given because the dr have given medicine and need 0.5hr to take effect. The nurse just tell me to bear with it 😣. But indeed after that, the pain is gone. When I reached back my bed, i just continue to sleep as the nurses ask me to rest. And now, i’m recuperating from it. |
